22. COMPLAINTS

For more information on our complaints management procedure, please refer to our complaint processes, which are available on the PlexPay App and the Website.

23. Resolution of Disputes and Governing Law

We make an effort to lay forth clear guidelines so that we can limit or, ideally, prevent disagreements between you and us. However, if a dispute does occur, please see the following for information on how to settle it and which laws will apply.

The laws of England and Wales shall govern these Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or related to it or its subject matter or formation, unless specifically provided otherwise by law.

We both agree that any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or related to these Terms or their subject matter or formation must be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Abu Dhabi Global Market in Abu Dhabi.

NOTE: Value restrictions for Virtual Cards are still under consideration.
